COFFEE WITH CITRUS FRUITS

Ingredients: citrus syrup, 1 Ilario Caffè, milk, scorzetta

At least one day before preparing the citrus syrup, boiling for 7/8 minutes a saucepan with the rind of 1 lime, 1 orange and 1 lemon together with a glass of water and 250 gr. of sugar, leaving the result to rest for at least one night. To prepare this type of coffee add a teaspoon of syrup to the bottom of the cup, dispense an espresso, cover everything with whipped cream and close with a citrus peel as decoration. Recommended liqueur glass
